VodafoneZiggo sells mobile towers for €669 million
Proceeds will be used to reduce debt ahead of Ziggo Group listing in Amsterdam by 2027

VodafoneZiggo has agreed to sell its passive mobile tower infrastructure in the Netherlands to an entity jointly owned by funds managed by DigitalBridge, TD Greystone Infrastructure and L&G, in a €669 million ( US$767.62 million ) deal.
