Indonesia’s DIM, EMP invest in US’ HighPeak Energy
Sovereign fund, upstream oil and gas firm subscribe to US$450 million in shares

Indonesia’s sovereign wealth fund ( SWF ) and investment management agency Danantara Investment Management ( DIM ) and upstream oil and gas company Energi Mega Persada ( EMP ) are jointly investing US$450 million in a publicly-listed Texas-based oil and gas producer HighPeak Energy.
